Self-Acceptance Mindfulness Meditation

This is a guided mindfulness meditation on self-acceptance. It is about 10 minutes long. Before you listen to it, please find a comfortable and quiet place without distractions. Sit comfortably on a cushion on the floor or in a chair with your feet on the floor. If at anytime during the meditation you wish to discontinue, just open your eyes and press the pause button.
