Patricia has over 30 years of professional experience. She is a nationally recognized trainer and has published numerous journal articles and book chapters. She has also been a contributor to a number of Treatment Improvement Protocols (TIPs) for the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT). She has trained extensively for the Rutgers University Summer School of Alcohol and Drug Studies, the New England School of Addiction Studies, The Co-Occuring Collaborative Serving Maine, the Center for Tobacco Independence, and the Addiction Technology Transfer Center of New England. She is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. She is currently on the faculty of the Union Institute & University BA program where she teaches in the Psychology and Human Development concentration and developed the curriculum for the Addiction Studies Specialty.
